  I've being using M-Tech for a couple of years now and their customer service has been nothing short of exemplary. With so many large chain companies across all industries these days, it's rare that you come across a business that offers a professional and personal service. I'm made to feel like a valued customer and the owners have always gone above and beyond in terms of fitting me in and getting any issues sorted as quickly as possible. This coupled with the more-than-reasonable pricing makes using M-Tech and absolute no-brainer. Keep up the good work guys!

  I Chose to use this garage after looking at other peoples reviews to MOT my car and was not disappointed. The lady (sorry I'm really bad with names) was lovely and helpful as I was panicking about the fact I thought this was going to be expensive as its an old car. She reassured me and said she would ring as soon as they knew anything which they did and I was pleasantly surprised. Great value for money as I've always paid between £35 and £45 for an Mot so £27.50 was music to my ears. I was told what needed to be done to get it through its mot and that it was jacked up and the parts had been ordered and my car was sorted by the end of the day. I think the cafe is a lovely idea too it gives it a more personal touch and not forgetting Daisy the victorian bull dog (I love her). I just didn't feel like I was in a garage for an MOT it was lovely. Fabulous service M Tech you have a customer for life.

  I had my Chrysler serviced at m-tech & I owe them a long overdue positive review. It was a pleasure talking to all the staff and I was confidant I was dealing with an outfit that knew what they were doing. Yes, M-tech has a really cool dog and the environment has more of a tattooist feel to it but thankfully these superficialities don’t hide anything. The mechanics & manager know what they’re doing, the customer care is superb. It didn’t cost the earth despite the business end of the brakes needing replacement & I won’t be using anyone else whilst I still live in the North East. M-tech clearly care about their customer and the growing reputation they’re earning and it’s a pleasure to contribute to it.
