  Claire and Andy and their team have been extremely accommodating. I am getting things done remotely and the level of service provided has made this possible without a hitch to date. They got a heating system put in and, being a non resident, I had a lot of questions because we have very different systems in North America----they were extremely patient and careful with their advice and commentaries on my questions. I would highly recommend them, in fact they are updating a bathroom now and I feel very confident in leaving it in their hands. PS Their fitting crew were apparently lovely to work with according to my property manager and their tidy habits meant the job was not more disruptive than needed
