  Aww amazing customer service and care went in with a swollen tragus and dodgy earing was attended to straight away given a bit of advice then sent upstairs where i explained to the woman she was so gentle and attentive given me a new ear bar more comfortable and information how I'd look after and understand how to take care of my piercing i hurt my self more than she did cleaning and changing my piercing this wasnt even pierced here so thats how professional they were this lady was amazing with me despite me sitting there nearly having a panic attack lol bless her she deserves 10 stars il be back when my swelling has reduced..
